Assembly Circular
Dear
colleagues,
1.
All
the teachers are requested to attend the morning and dispersal assembly
compulsorily.
2.
Teacher’s
assembly talk is scheduled on Wednesday of every week. The talk should aim at
enhancing the moral values of the students. Time limit should not be more than
3 minutes.
3.
Interested
teachers are requested to give their name for elocution (oDr`Ro dyk&rkRdkfyd Hkk"k.k) during assembly.
4.
Teachers
who are unable to attend assembly and dispersal will give prior information in
writing to undersign.
5.
Class/
subject teachers should take care of the bell timing and bring their class in
assembly area on time in disciplined way.
6.
Class/
subject teacher will have to be with their class during assembly and dispersal.
7.
Special
assembly will be on Saturday, but time should not exceed more than 15 minutes. We
can reduce assembly talk, news, pledge, thought, commandment and word power or
prayer song.
8.
Co-class
teacher, English teacher, Hindi teacher, Sanskrit / Dharma Shiksha teacher will
have to take charge of one day each and prepare the in charge class student
beforehand.
I am confident
that I can trust on you and your abilities. So, with the expectations, that the
assembly will be well disciplined, attractive and full of moral.
